Please be informed, ASEAN, Australia and New Zealand have agreed to the amendment to the Certificate of Origin (CO) Form AANZ on the abolishment of the FOB value, except when the originating criterion used is Regional Value Content (RVC).

The Federal Government Gazette for the amendments related to AANZFTA has been gazetted on 30 September 2015 for implementation effective on 1 October 2015.

Attached is the announcement on the "Abolishment of FOB Value in the CO Form AANZFTA.

In addition, please also be informed that the old CO Form AANZ will not be accepted starting from 1 April 2016.

Please find that below mapping will take place in the system, where only new Origin Criterion will be made available:

The new Origin Criterion is valid on old AANZFTA form and new AANZFTA form from 1/10/2015 to 31/3/2016. Come 1/4/2016, only new AANZFTA form is allowed.
