Please be informed that the current recommended web browser for ePermit STA submission & approvals is Mozilla Firefox.

Google Chrome is no longer supports NPAPI plugin-based content beginning 1 September 2015. Permits cannot be submitted / approved via Chrome as the Trustgate digital signature utilises the Java security plugin which is NPAPI based. However, all other facilities that does not require the use of a token in the ePermit STA online system is still functional via Chrome.
