To minimise any disruption to business operations, customers are advised to please:
1. plan ahead your activities and transactions; and
2. avoid any activities and transaction one (1) hour prior to the scheduled system maintenance.
3. Users with urgent shipments during the downtime, can submit manual declarations.
4. Declarations for critical items should seek prior Customs approval before going manual.
