We refer to the letter from Port Klang Authority (PKA), Ref: JTM/300-1/2/2/3 Jilid 4 (1) dated 6 February 2014 on the Aktiviti Simulasi Untuk Pelan Pemulihan Bencana (Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) Di Lembaga Pelabuhan Kelang (LPK) (see attached below).
 
As part of the DR simulation activity, there will be system downtime for Dangerous Goods and Free Trade Zone(eDCFZ) service as follows:

Date               :    Sunday 16 February 2014
Time              :    10.00 am – 12.00 noon
Affected users :    All PKCS Users

To minimise any disruption to business operations, customers are advised to please:
1.    plan ahead their activities and transactions; and
2.    avoid any activities and transaction one (1) hour prior to the scheduled system maintenance.
3.    users with urgent shipments can submit manual declarations during the downtime.
