We are pleased to announce the LIVE implementation of two (2) schemes under the NEW Electronic Preferential Certificate of Origin (ePCO), effective 28 December 2013.

The schemes affected under the NEW ePCO are:

1. ASEAN-KOREA FREE TRADE AGREEMENT (AKFTA)

2. MALAYSIA-JAPAN ECONOMIC PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT (MJEPA)

LIVE IMPLEMENTATION Details

To ensure smooth experience with the new ePCO schemes, we strongly advised you to go through the following:

LIVE Date

28 December 2013 onwards

Access

Please access the above 2 (two) schemes in the new platform www.dagangnet.com/newepco

We encourage you to bookmark the site for future reference and easier access.

IMPORTANT: You will not be able to access the 2 (two) schemes in the old platform.

System Downtime

IMPORTANT: There will be system downtime for ePCO service as part of efforts to deploy the NEW ePCO platform.

Date :	Saturday 28 December 2013
Time :	1400 hours to 2000 hours
Channel affected :	Current ePCO (http://epco.dagangnet.com.my)
	New ePCO (www.dagangnet.com/newepco)

You are advised not to access the system during this downtime.

IMPORTANT: ePCO User Manual is available via eLearning, a value add service created for you to help you understand the system better.
