NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM RESUMPTION FOR APPLICATIONS OF PREFERENTIAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (PCO) UNDER ASEAN TRADE IN GOODS AGREEMENT (ATIGA) TO ASEAN MEMBER STATES DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUE IN MALAYSIA’S ASW GATEWAY
We kindly refer to our announcement (Notification of system downtime for applications of Preferential Certificate of Origin (PCO) under ASEAN Trade In Goods Agreement (ATIGA) to Malaysia due to technical issue in Malaysia’s ASW Gateway), which began on 8 June 2025, resulted in the inability to transmit or receive electronic Form D (e-Form D) to ASEAN Member States (AMS).
We are pleased to inform you that our ASW gateway for sending and receiving electronic Form D (e-Form D) to/from AMS has resumed normal operations, enabling electronic document exchange with all other AMS starting 1 July 2025.
