STA 2010: Strategic Trade (Strategic Items) Order 2025

The Strategic Items List 2025 will take effect on 2 June 2025. Exporters are required to review the revised list and resubmit pre-registration applications, if applies, starting from 19 May 2025.

Please plan your permit applications accordingly. A copy of the Federal Government Gazette (P.U. [A] 144) and the updated Strategic Items List 2025 is accessible through MITI website.
