DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY SERVICES

The Department of Veterinary Services issues permit for the importation and exportation of live animal and animal product under the legislation of Animal Act 1953 (Revised 2006) and Animal Food Act 2009 (Act 698).

Veterinary Health Certificate (VHC) is issued under the legislation of Section 24, Veterinary Surgeons Act 1974, Act 147 that allows only competent veterinary authority to endorse and sign the Veterinary Health Certificate.

Below is the list of permit issued by the Deparment of Veterinary Services:

Haiwan 26 - Import permit for Day Old Chick (DOC), Day Old Duck (DOD) and telur SPF
Haiwan 25 - Export permit for animal product and live animal, Import permit for live animal
Haiwan 27- Import permit for animal products / carcass
Haiwan 29 - Freedom Health Certificate ( for animal product only)

NOTIS PEMBERITAHUAN MAKLUMAN PERKHIDMATAN IMPORT EKSPORT BAGI KUTIPAN SIJIL KESIHATAN VETERINAR

Kepada pelanggan yang dihormati:

1) Susulan dari penambahan tempoh Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan, Kaunter Perkhidmatan Import Eksport bagi kutipan Sijil Kesihatan Veterinar (SKV) bagi EBN ke China, di DVS Putrajaya akan dibuka dari jam 9 pagi hingga 12 tengahari. Hari pengambil SKV adalah seperti berikut:

i. 31 Mac 2020 (Selasa)

ii. 1 April 2020 (Khamis)

iii. 7 April 2020 (Selasa)

iv. 9 April 2020 (Khamis)

v. 14 April 2020 (Selasa)

2) Sila lakukan pembayaran Sijil Kesihatan Veterinar (SKV) melalui wang pos dan bank draft. Resit pembayaran perlu dikemukakan semasa pengambilan Sijil Kesihatan Veterinar.

3) Bagi urusan di Kaunter Perkhidmatan Import Eksport, DVS Putrajaya (pengambilan Sijil Kesihatan Veterinar dan penghantaran dokumen) sila dapatkan pas pelawat di kaunter pengawal keselamatan Kementerian Pertanian dan Industri Makanan.

4) Sebarang pertanyaan isu berkaitan import dan eksport boleh diemailkan kepada skie@dvs.gov.my dan pro@dvs.gov.my
