The Electronic Manifest System (eManifest) allows the port users to submit cargo and vessel manifests to the respective authorities via the Internet before being routed to Customs for validation and approval. In addition, eManifest provides a host of value-added information such as location codes, port codes and other UN/EDIFACT codes that can facilitate speedier documentation filing.

Principal Shipping Agents (PSA), Shipping Agents (SA), Freight Forwarders (FF), Port Authorities, Ship Call Number (SCN) Issuing Authorities, Port Operators, Pilotage Providers and Customs can all benefit from the convenience and efficiency of eManifest.
