What is Electronic Customs Duty Payment (ePayment)?

There are three modes of duty payment:-

• Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) is an electronic Customs duty payment via Dagang Net’s Electronic Multi Payment Gateway, which is supported by 8 local banks in Malaysia, namely Malayan Banking Berhad, Affin Bank Berhad, Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, AmBank Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad, EON Bank Berhad, Public Bank Berhad dan RHB Bank Berhad.

• DutyNet is the first Internet-based Customs duty payment system jointly developed by Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (Dagang Net) and CIMB Bank Berhad that facilitates  preparation and submission of Customs duty payment via the Internet. Payment via DutyNet can be made almost 24 hours, 7 days a week. DutyNet is supported by the Royal Malaysian Customs.

• Financial Service Payment Gateway (FSPG) via Financial Process Exchange (FPX) is the national Internet payment gateway that  an industry-wide  multi-bank payment platform that facilitates e-commerce in particular business to business and business to consumers payments. FPX is operated by FPX Payment Gateway Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Malaysian Electronic Payment System (MEPS) and supported by member financial institutions.

How do I start using ePayment?

To use ePayment, your company must be an account holder of the partcipating banks.

After, registering your company with the participating banks, simply fill up the ePayment online registration form or visit any one of our nationwide network of Kedai EDIs near you. Once your company's registration is verified by Dagang Net and the participating banks, you will be notified.
