  Ministry of Finance (MoF) is pleased to announce that the nation’s trade is expected to experience a further boost with the implementation of the National Single Window (NSW) by the Malaysian Government. The National Single Window (“NSW”) is an electronic system that enables a secured, safe and efficient electronic exchange of trade-related documents through a single point of entry in order to expedite the smooth flow of information of goods either for import, export or transit.

 

 

Welcome to myTRADELINK, the one-stop point for exchanging trade documentation!

 

myTRADELINK provides a single portal for the secure, safe and efficient exchange of electronic trade documents between importers and exporters. An initiative of the Malaysian Government and led by the Ministry of Finance (MOF), myTRADELINK facilitates and expedites the smooth flow of information for goods being imported, exported or in transit.

 

myTRADELINK was created to support the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) and other international trade inintiatives. It is a one-stop portal for submitting and synchronizing data and information for Customs release and clearance and connects seamlessly with other databases and systems to fulfill all import, export and transit-related regulatory requirements.

 

With myTRADELINK, the trade and logistics community now have a simplified, standardized process for submitting customs declarations and applications to the various authorities.

  • Electronic  Customs Declaration (eDeclare) 
    Prepare and submit electronic declarations online.

     

  • Electronic Customs Duty Payment (ePayment)
    Prepare and submit Customs Duty payments via Electronic Funds Transfer, Duty Net and FPX.

 

  • Electronic Manifest (eManifest) 
    Shippers and shipping agents can submit vessel and cargo manifests to the respective authorities here

 

  • Electronic Permit (ePermit) 
    Apply for permits from relevant permit-issuing agencies and obtain approval online.

     

  • Electronic Preferential Certificate of Origin (ePCO)
    Apply for Preferential Certificate of Origin from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and obtain approval online.
